Blitz pine nuts, basil leaves, garlic, olive oil and grated cheese in a food
processor. Drizzle over the pizzas and garnish with more basil leaves

Mix finely sliced red onion with red wine vinegar, caster sugar and a
pinch of salt; set aside for 10 mins. Stir in olive oil and rinsed capers.
Arrange sliced vine tomatoes on a platter and top with the onion mix.
