Whisk 3 Tesco Finest Bluebell
Araucana Eggs in a bowl; season.
Melt 10g unsalted butter in a frying
pan over a medium heat, add the
eggs and scramble with a spatula
for 2-3 mins or until cooked to
your liking. Meanwhile, toast then
butter 4 Tesco Finest Sourdough
Crumpets and divide between
2 plates. Top each with a slice of
Tesco Finest Scottish Smoked
Salmon and a small handful of
watercress, then squeeze over
the juice of ½ lemon. Top with the
scrambled eggs and a few finely
snipped chives to serve.
