INGREDIENTS
• 520g Moy Park Chicken Breast Fillets
• Old El Paso Fajitas Mix Seasoning
SuperValu Vegetable Fajita Kit
• Mission Deli Wraps
• Coleraine Grated Cheese
Sour Cream (optional extra)
Salsa (optional extra)
• Avocado (optional extra)
• Uncle Ben's Rice (optional extra)
• Tortilla Crisps (optional extra)

1. Lightly oil pan and fry finely sliced chicken breast for 5
mins, stirring regularly until golden. Add SuperValu
vegetable mix and cook for 3-4 mins. Stir in the
seasoning mix and 2 tablespoons of water and cook
for a further 1-2 mins.
2. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan / gas 6 and place wraps
in tin foil for 1 -2 mins..
3. Serve warmed wraps with grated cheese, sour cream,
salsa, sliced avocado and/or Mexican rice or tortilla crisps.
