INGREDIENTS
500g Beef Steak MInce
1 Fresh chilli
(deseeded & chopped)
1 Garlic Clove
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Pepper (deseeded &
chopped)
1 tbsp of Tomato Puree
1 tsp of Paprika
Taco Shells
Taco Sauce
Optional extras
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Handful of Grated Cheese

МЕТНOD
1. Heat some olive oil in a pan on a medium heat, add the
beef and cook until browned on the outside.
2. Add the onion, chilli, garlic, peppers and continue to fry
until vegetables are soft.
3. Add the spices and the tomato puree, mix well and
cover, allow to cook for 8-10 mins until beef is fully
cooked through and veg is soft.
4. Season to taste.
5. Heat Taco Shells (as advised on the pack).
6. Place 3-4 spoonfuls of the beef mix into a taco shell.
7. Add some chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
8. Add a generous squeeze of taco sauce and top off with
a sprinkle of grated cheese and serve immediately.
