• 400g Chocolate Tear And
Share Brioche Loaf
Pre-heat the oven
to 180°C/Gas Mark 4.

• 150g Fresh Raspberries or
Blackberries
Slice the brioche into 12 slices.
• 3 Eggs
• 80ml Semi Skimmed Milk
• 15ml Maple Syrup
• 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
• 250g Tub Mascarpone Cheese
• 30g Caster Sugar
• 20g Flaked Almonds
• Vanilla Yogurt
• Baking dish approx. 30 x 20cm

Arrange in the baking dish and sprinkle over
the raspberries or blackberries.
Whisk the mascarpone cheese, eggs, milk,
caster sugar, vanilla essence and the maple
syrup together in a large bowl until smooth.
Get
everything
you need
in store
today!
Pour the mixture over the brioche in the
baking dish.
Sprinkle over the almonds and bake in the
oven for 30 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with some vanilla yogurt
and some extra maple syrup.
