Ways to: stay cool in style Freeze! Try our easy treats for warm summer days, swapping ice cream for something a little lighter. Peach, passion fruit and raspberry froyo cake Strawberries SERVES 8 PREP 15 MINS + FREEZING for BITE 1. Line a 20cm tin. Using shortbread for crunch, blitz 320g into crumbs and mix through 60g melted Mini strawberry and white choc cubes butter. Press into the tin and freeze for 10 minutes. 2. For the filling, use 3 tinned peach halves for fruitiness and blitz with 1 tbsp syrup.
