What was your favourite dish
when you were a child?
Lasagne. We loved cooking it as a
family. One person would do the ragu,
another the white sauce and it was a
team effort to layer it up. We still have
competitions to see who does it best.

Yes, it's my favourite thing to do

You trained as a chef, didn't you?
Yes, I won a few competitions when
