Sirloin steak with a peppercorn
sauce & matchstick parsnips
The classic steak sauce gives a rich kick of heat
and the parsnips add a sweet, crispy twist

250g pack Extra Special 3 Heat a frying pan on
Baby Parsnips, peeled a high setting until it
