vigour. Of course, my sister and I found this hilarious, passing it off as

While not all meals in my house are served with a potato side, stews,
pies and crumbles are high on the agenda and gravy is consumed by
the jugful. I was instantly drawn to our Crispy Potato & Lamb Hotpot
(p29), a dish my grandparents would have been proud of. Although,
I wonder if they would class the potatoes as a topping, making the dish
worthy of a side serving of a spud or two. Answers on a postcard, please...
